Competitions

We have TWO competitions for you this year with MAGICAL prizes just waiting to be won by YOU!

Prelims take place on Saturday after the workshops. Finals will take place during the first or second band break of the Saturday main dance depending on your competition level.

Note #1: You may only sign up for ONE competition. Please place yourself accurately according to the below descriptions.

Note#2: A full pass or dance pass is not required to participate in any competition. You may register for the competition regardless of your weekend registration status!

Begintermediate Competition*

Sign up for this competition if you:

• Have been dancing lindy hop less than two years

• Are a beginner level or intermediate level lindy hop dancer

• Have never placed (1st, 2nd, or 3rd place) in any Newbie/Beginner/Intermediate/Newcomer/Novice competition

*All requirements (except for dancing tenure) must be met to compete in this level

Advanced/Lindy Hop Unicorn (lindycorn) Competition

Sign up for this competition if you:

• Have been dancing lindy hop for 2+ years

• Are ready to THROW DOWN and set the dance floor on FIRE

• Have skillz like a magical lindy hop unicorn

Competitors who place (1st/2nd/3rd) in either competition could win a FREE PASS to one of the below events!
