TRACK 1 DESCRIPTION & REQUIREMENTS
Track 1 is for the novice dancer: new-ish, but not brand-new. You have taken many beginner drop in lessons, know what a social dance looks like, and are familiar with 6 and 8 count basics. You can dance a swing out but you still have to think a little bit to get through it and would love to feel more comfortable experimenting with fancy moves while having fun. Get ready to add more to your vocabulary and build your comprehension of the dance! You will find this track will give you the tools to continue to build your foundational knowledge and application of Lindy Hop.
